Instagram is one of the most popular social media platforms available today. What makes Instagram stand out from the crowd? The pictures, of course. Users love to share snaps with their friends on this app, and that’s exactly why you should join in as well! If you use Instagram frequently, it’s likely you’ll upload a photo once in a while. However, what if that special photo you wanted to share with your followers turned out to be not so perfect after all? Perhaps it had too much noise or was slightly tilted. Whatever the reason, you might not want other people to see that picture. But how can you remove it from public view and prevent others from seeing it again? Here are some tips on how to replace a photo on Instagram after posting.

How To Replace A Photo On Instagram After Posting

    Open the Instagram app

Open the Instagram app on your device and log in to your account.

Select the picture you want to replace from the list of available photos

Select the photo you want to replace from the list of available photos in the app. You can find it on your profile page or on another person’s profile. The picture will show up in a blue bar that is located at the top of your screen.

Tap and hold on the image to copy it

Tap and hold on to any image, then select ‘Copy Image’ from your device’s menu bar at the top of your screen. This will allow you to copy that photo without sharing it via Instagram or posting it publicly by mistake! You can now paste this new image into a new post, or edit that old one in case you wish to make changes before posting again! To remove an image from Instagram after posting, simply repeat these steps but choose “Paste Image” instead of “Copy Image” when pasting a new picture into a post or editing an existing one!

    Post your new image

You can now post your new image onto your Instagram account by selecting ‘Post’ from your device’s menu bar at the top of your screen, then selecting ‘Upload Photo’ from the list of options that appears. You can also select ‘Add Image’ from the same list to upload a different picture.

    Save the post

When you are finished posting, you will be prompted to save this photo to your camera roll or share it with others via Instagram. If you want to save it as a new photo in addition to saving it as a post on your profile, select ‘Save As’ instead of “Share” when prompted for a choice! This will allow you to edit this image later on if necessary, or simply store it for future use!

    Edit the original image

In case you accidentally posted the wrong image, you can easily edit it before posting a new one. You can also simply delete this photo from your camera roll, or share it with others via Instagram.

    Post a new picture

After you have saved any changes to your image and are ready to post another one, select ‘Post’ from your device’s menu bar at the top of your screen and select ‘Upload Photo’ from the list of options that appears. You can also select ‘Add Image’ from the same list if you want to upload a different photo instead!
